About Company Job Description To validate the Financial Models submitted by the BUs and check on each assumptions To run financial models to check for each possible business scenario vis--vis proposals To share an independent opinion to the internal IC team for related BUs Detailed JD Job Description : Responsibilities : Conducting comprehensive due-diligence of the investment note by validating all the assumptions made by the business units and identifying the risks, impact and mitigation measures Providing the Investment Committee Team a comprehensive view for each investment note – e.g. cash flow projections and sufficiency, organizational risk, off-taker credit profile, timeline risks etc. Financial modelling, evaluation, assumption validation and sensitivity analysis Prepare investment or advisory committee materials, with supervision. Maintaining updated trackers and records of opportunities evaluated and their status Meticulous record keeping and trackers including bidding trends, competitor behavior etc Third party research and reading on key businesses, growth areas and their outlook Internal stakeholder management and engagement Familiarization with the underlying data and analytics tool, periodic upload and download of data Contribute to digital improvements for core team deliverables Prepare routine portfolio monitoring reports and generate needed data from multiple resources Additional sector, opportunity, competitor or pipeline analysis as required. Deliverables Facilitate Structured IC process that provides the Investment Committee members the required inputs in a timely manner to facilitate critical decision making. Prepare investment or advisory committee materials. Analyse financial statements/projections, build financial models and run sensitivities, undertake risk assessment, with accountability for factual accuracy. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to answer questions on documents and analysis. Provide support on additional business information for organizational leadership Keeping track of all opportunities from origination to closure Keeping track of pipeline status, assumption trends and risks on a live basis Prepare additional reports on competition behavior, key input pricing, commodity price trends etc Familiarization with the internal tech tool, the source of data, checking and reconciliation, suggesting fixes and liaising for improvements. Upload and download of data from the internal system, as needed as well as identify deviations and correction of data. Prepare routine portfolio monitoring reports and generate needed data from multiple resources.
