Senior Manager - Human Resources

As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining employee records with utmost accuracy in Zoho People Plus. Your key responsibilities will include handling end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding processes efficiently. You will oversee attendance, time-off, and leave management workflows using the HRIS. Additionally, you will generate and manage HR reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making. It will be your duty to administer employee life cycle activities such as confirmations, transfers, and exits. You will also play a crucial role in policy implementation, compliance documentation, and audits. Collaborating with IT and Zoho support teams for troubleshooting and optimization of the HR system will be an essential part of your job. Furthermore, you will continuously identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR operations. Qualifications required for this role include a Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have 5-7 years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services. A strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and documentation is essential. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills is a must. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are also required.
