Responsibilities:
Lead HR operations for Saudi & Dubai: onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with Saudi & UAE labor laws, immigration, and payroll regulations.
Partner with US-based HR leadership to align with global HR strategies.
Manage HR systems, reporting, and employee data accuracy.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Oversee vendor relationships (payroll, benefits, immigration partners).
10-14 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to Saudi & UAE operations.
Expertise in labor laws, payroll, compliance, and HR processes.
Experience in multinational/matrix environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
English fluency required Arabic preferred.
A leadership role with regional impact and global exposure.
