Senior Manager - Human Resources

As a Senior Manager in Human Resources at Fidelity Management Research, India, you will be a key member of the HR business partner team responsible for driving the workforce strategy to meet the business needs. Collaborating with various business groups, you will work closely with business heads to enhance employee experience, promote associate engagement, and foster a culture of meritocratic performance management. You will play a crucial role in identifying talent needs, risks, and gaps, and creating and executing plans to address them effectively using talent management tools and resources. Key responsibilities will include supporting the implementation of programs to enhance business unit effectiveness, overseeing the performance management cycle, partnering with business and HR stakeholders on key initiatives, fostering a culture of meritocracy and transparency, and designing talent management practices to cultivate a high-performance workforce. You will also liaise with Employee Relations to address employee grievances and may be accountable for the site implementation/integration of HR/BU initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have core experience in implementing workforce strategy, the ability to influence senior leaders, proficiency in data analysis for decision-making, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. With over 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years as an HR business partner, and an MBA specializing in HR, you should also demonstrate a track record of driving change initiatives, strong business acumen, and the ability to think strategically and pragmatically to execute the people strategy.
