Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition efforts and contributing to the development of a high-performing and engaged workforce. Your strategic mindset and effective execution of recruitment plans will be crucial in attracting and hiring top talent. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting generalist HR functions to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing recruitment strategies in alignment with organizational goals. - Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions. - Collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions. - Optimizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient recruitment workflows and data-driven hiring decisions. - Building and nurturing talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring requirements. - Continuously improving recruitment processes and enhancing the candidate experience. - Staying abreast of market trends and innovative hiring practices. - Overseeing employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. - Mentoring and supervising the recruitment team to achieve performance objectives. - Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout all recruitment activities. In addition to your recruitment responsibilities, you will also be involved in generalist HR functions, such as: - Managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and performance management. - Maintaining accurate employee documentation, HR databases, and personnel records to ensure compliance. - Supporting training and development initiatives to foster employee growth and engagement. - Serving as a point of contact for employee queries related to policies, benefits, and workplace concerns. - Coordinating and assisting with labor matters in collaboration with legal consultants. Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's Degree; a post-graduate degree would be advantageous. - Thorough understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices. - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. - Analytical mindset with the capability to utilize data for decision-making.
