Senior Manager Human Resources

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Human Resources, located in Mumbai. The Senior Manager Human Resources will be responsible for managing the HR department, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment and selection processes, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also includes performance management, training and development, and maintaining employee records. The Senior Manager will work closely with the management team to align HR strategies with business goals and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HOSPITAL INDUSTRY IS MANDATORY
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies
• Skills in recruitment, selection, and performance management
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and with senior management
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
