Ensuring all relevant teams are timely informed of exitsEngaging in retention conversations where requiredEngaging in exit interview to understand feedback and improvement areasEnsuring exit formalities for the employee is smoothIn cases of PIP, engaging in exit conversation with the employee, along with the managerWorking with managers to update MPRManagement Trainee Program
Managing the end to end process and experience for Management Trainees & summer internsEnsuring meaningful projects are assigned, both from the interns and the organizations point of viewFacilitating mid-term and final reviewsDeciding and facilitating on any PPO that needs to be madeProviding feedback to interns or guides where neededEmployee Engagement
Regular connect & FGD with employees and leadersDrive Employee Voice Initiatives though surveysPlan & Execute Engagement Activities – culture, wellness, recognition etc.Analyze Engagement Data & TrendsPartner with Leaders for Action PlanningData And System Maintenance
Ensuring timely & accurate employee databaseEnsuring all systems capture correct information of employeesUpdating OneHR and Metis [through HR Ops] team on any changesEnsuring negligible TAT for resolving queriesResolving employee’s queries around leaves, insurance, approvals, system, policies, etcAnalytics As Required
