Role: Senior Manager, Food Growth
Team: Revenue & Growth Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities Traffic Growth & Performance Management: Own and optimize the traffic growth and marketing P&L for the Swiggy Food platform, ensuring sustainable and scalable business growth Forecast, monitor, and analyze growth KPIs, and report progress against targets to leadership Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with Brand, Performance Marketing, and City Operations teams to plan and execute integrated campaigns that drive a differentiated and impactful growth trajectory Liaise with Product, Analytics, and Technology teams to unlock new growth levers and implement platform enhancements Campaign Planning & Execution End-to-end campaign conceptualization, brief, execution, and post-campaign analysis (including festive/special events, city-level initiatives, etc) Drive experimentation across channels (digital, CRM, BTL, partnerships) to identify new growth opportunities Innovative Growth Initiatives Ideate, pilot, and scale growth hacks, strategic offers, and product features to boost customer engagement, order frequency, and GMV Stay up on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain Swiggy's leadership position Budget & Spend Optimization Manage budgets efficiently, maximize ROI from marketing spends, and ensure optimal resource allocation across channels and geographies Reporting And Stakeholder Management Provide regular up and insights to key stakeholders on campaign performance, new opportunities, and growth bottlenecks Desired Skills & Qualifications 4+ years in growth or marketing in consumer internet/e-commerce/FMCG Strong analytical ability and comfort with data-driven decision making (experience in SQL/Excel a plus)
