Senior Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage CGD projects including

  LMC, MDPE Laying, Steel Pipeline Laying, and O&M Services

  .
• Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure

  timely completion within budget and quality standards

  .

• Identify, hire, and manage

  independent contractors, vendors, and manpower resources as per project needs.
• Oversee

  daily site operations

  , documentation, reporting, and ensure smooth

  billing and reconciliation

  processes.
• Maintain effective

  liaison with clients, consultants, and local authorities

  to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise and coordinate

  site execution and maintenance teams

  for optimal resource utilization.
• Ensure

  compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

  at all project sites.
• Track project progress through

  MIS reports and regular reviews

  with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle any

  other responsibilities assigned by reporting manager or management

  as per business requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of

  CGD project execution and operations

  .
• Experience in

  pipeline laying (MDPE/Steel)

  and

  O&M activities

  .
• Excellent

  vendor management, team leadership, and coordination

  skills.
• Proficient in

  MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools

  .
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective

  client and stakeholder management
