Job Description

Role & responsibilities Talent Acquisition : Coordinate mid-to-senior hiring across departments, onboarding and documentation. HR Operations : Oversee policies, digital HRMS, compliance, PF/ESIC, audits, and records. Engagement & Culture : Execute retention, engagement, and recognition initiatives across remote and field teams. Performance & Reviews : Drive quarterly reviews, maintain & track KRAs, and assist in org structuring. Assist Management : Weekly HR dashboards, attrition reports, manpower tracking, policy rollout
