Senior Manager

Role Summary

The Senior Manager Finance & Accounts will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting functions of the organization, including bookkeeping, finalization of accounts, banking operations, P&L management, statutory compliance, and audits. The role requires strong knowledge of EPC project accounting, financial controls, and leadership capabilities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

  with 615 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Must have worked in the

  EPC / Construction / Infrastructure industry

  with strong knowledge of project-based accounting.
• Hands-on experience in

  bookkeeping, accounting, finalization of accounts, P&L preparation, and financial statements

  .
• Strong exposure to

  auditing

  (statutory & internal) and experience in companies having

  200–300 Cr turnover

  .
• Proficiency in

  banking operations

  , including

  LC, BG, fund management, cash flow, and reconciliations

  .
• Expertise in

  GST, TDS, Income Tax

  , and statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and support management decision-making.
  
• Experience in

  ERP systems

  (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams across project sites.
