Job Description We are looking for a qualified and experienced Fire & Safety Officer to ensure the safety and compliance of a large, gated community in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fire prevention, lpg, lifts, risk assessment, emergency preparedness, and compliance with local fire safety regulations. Preferred Profile: 1. Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Fire & Safety Engineering from a recognized institution (or) PG Diploma in Industrial Safety (preferably approved by the Directorate of Factories). 2. Certifications (Preferred): Fire Safety & Disaster Management (NFSC, Nagpur or equivalent), NEBOSH Certificate (Occupational Health & Safety), IOSH Managing Safely (Basic Safety Management Certification), First Aid & CPR Certification (Red Cross, St. John Ambulance, or equivalent). 3. Experience : 05 to 08 years of relevant experience in fire safety management, preferably in: Residential High Rise Gated Communities, Facility Management Companies, or Commercial Buildings. Experience in Fire Risk Assessment and Hazard Mitigation, Conducting Fire Drills, Lift Safety & Training. Ensuring compliance with Telangana Fire Services Act & GHMC Fire Safety Regulations and coordinating with emergency services and local fire authorities. 4. Key Responsibilities : - Implement fire safety protocols and emergency response plans. Conduct regular safety audits and maintain fire safety equipment. - Train security, housekeeping, and residents on fire-lpg-lift safety and evacuation procedures. Ensure compliance with GHMC and NBC fire safety norms. - Liaise with local fire departments for inspections, approvals, and emergency coordination. Maintain documentation of fire drills, safety inspections, and equipment servicing. Salary & Benefits: As per industry standards

This role is crucial in ensuring seamless coordination between the sales team and the project execution team while tracking multiple projects, ensuring timely progress, and managing stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Tracking: Monitor the progress of multiple LPG and gas projects across different locations. Act as a bridge between the sales team, project execution team, and customers , ensuring alignment. Identify potential bottlenecks and escalate issues for resolution. Stakeholder Communication: Keep internal teams, clients, and vendors updated on project timelines and key milestones. Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure smooth execution of projects. Provide regular project status reports to leadership. Administrative & ERP Management: Maintain and update project data on the Project Management ERP system . Ensure all project documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements are managed efficiently. Assist in resource planning and allocation. Key Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant discipline. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, engineering project execution, or project administration . Technical Knowledge: Exposure to LPG, gas systems, or industrial project management will be an advantage. Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibilities Manage site engineering activities for Industrial MEP projects , ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Oversee ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), Gas Pipelines, Air Pipelines, Utilities infrastructure development Projects on Site. Oversee pipe line erection, Pipeline fabrication, Welding , Plumbing, HVAC Engineering , Electrical Engineering, Fire Protection Systems, and Utility Projects on Site. Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations through effective Documentation Skills . Oversee complete Fire Protection System Projects is a must. The Site Engineer must independently source and manage site teams. Engineer should ready to work PAN INDIA , and Company will provide you Accommodation, Food and Travel Expense. Candidate must have 10-15 Years of experience in handling the MEP Projects in Industrial Background.
