Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager, based in New Delhi. The Senior Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales, marketing, and customer experience teams and strategies. The responsibilities include client relationship management, leading and mentoring team members, driving key performance indicators, managing operational and strategic initiatives, and leveraging data for performance optimization. The Senior Manager will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery and contributing to organizational growth.

Qualifications

• 5-12 yrs of experience in activations, concepts and visibility deployment. Digital OOH experience is a plus point
• Team handling experience is a must
• Pharma experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• The candidate should be from an Agency background only
• Good MS office skills (Especially PowerPoint and excel proficiency)
• The candidate will be responsible for 2-3 activation clients and will lead the client servicing for them.
• The candidate will be expected to achieve their assigned targets from the clients, mine more business and create a positive perception of CPM at the client side
• Additionally, the resource will be expected to help in new pitches.
• In addition to client relationship management, the candidate will also have to manage key vendor relationships and ensure accountability
