Senior Manager - Business Development

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, meeting sales targets, and managing input metrics and deliverables. You will prepare short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies to consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives. Your role will involve client relationship management and creating effective client strategies to enhance their business, driving Cross/Up-sell Revenue for the company. Additionally, you will build and manage outbound business development pipeline, identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases, and establish best practices for converting leads to sales. Keeping updated on market trends and competitor intelligence will be crucial for your success. You will be accountable for the growth of the allocated markets and closing end-to-end sales cycles.
