Job Description

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the company's client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to their business objectives.
  • Create tailored sales approaches and proposals to effectively present the company's products or services.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to proactively identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasting performance and highlighting key insights for management review.

Experience Required:

  • Prior experience in business development or sales with a focus on B2B client acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and close high-value deals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
