Job Description – Sales & Marketing

Experience: 10+ Years (Education Industry)

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new franchise sales opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees.

Conduct market research to identify target demographics and regional opportunities.

Present the franchise opportunity to potential investors and partners.

Assist franchisees with the application and approval process.

Negotiate franchise agreements and contracts.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support new franchisees.

Track and report on sales performance metrics and targets.

Ensure compliance with legal and company standards in franchise operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the franchise or real estate industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of franchise operations and business models.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to travel as required.
