Role Overview: As a Senior Manager in the TMT-Business Consulting Risk-CNS - Risk - Digital Risk team at EY, you will have the opportunity to work with Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications organizations to help them evolve and transform in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: - Identify buyers, influencers & stakeholders in client engagements and build strong relationships. - Identify cross-selling opportunities and introduce colleagues from other service lines. - Conduct knowledge-sharing discussions and contribute to EY's thought leadership. - Represent the firm in industry conferences, network, and explore business opportunities. - Work with high-growth clients in various industries such as IT/ITeS, telecom, manufacturing, financial services, etc. - Plan & schedule client engagements, deploy the right team, review compliance, and manage project findings. - Contribute to improving operational efficiency, conduct workshops, and drive campus recruitment initiatives. - Monitor engagement economics, billing, collections, and lead presentations at Audit Committee meetings. Qualifications Required: - A Chartered Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor or masters in business administration or Bachelor of Technology (IT/CS). Experience: - A minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.
