Senior Manager - Brand Marketing

own everything brand marketing at leap.club including the strategy, brand vision/ tone and roadmap, and hold end to end responsibility across copywriting, socials, design, brand partnerships and PR. independently ideate and work on big and small campaigns, and work across cross functional teams to get the job done. build and scale the marketing team. we are looking for do-ers and not managers. this is a key role and you will work directly with the founders Skills We Value creativity and out of the box thinking, without getting married to ideas. 6-8 years of prior experience in building solid brands. startup experience is a plus. hands-on experience with executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and optimising with social media platforms (twitter, instagram, linkedin, facebook). experience in marketing communications and in leading creative work and media plans in partnership with agencies, internal creatives, cross-functional teams and outside partners. highly analytical, operationally-oriented and metrics-driven. familiarity with best practices for short-form and long-form content along with ace copywriting. communication and leadership skills with the ability to work methodically & meet (read: smash) deadlines.
