own everything finance and accounting at leap.club. make sure our books are in order and work closely with our agency for all statutory requirements, audits, compliances and financial operations. stay on top of and work with the team on vendor transactions, invoicing, receipts. perform advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health. work with the founders on fund-raising conversations and investor reports. oversee employee payroll, tax compliances, gst. Skills Required 4-5 years of relevant experience (in startups is a plus). preferably a CA with high ownership levels and attention to detail. ability to multitask and work independently in a fast paced environment.
