Job Title: Senior Manager – Sales (Health & Wellness)

Experience Required: 8–12 years in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management

Industry Preference: Candidates from Wellness or Healthcare backgrounds — ideally from Beauty & Personal Care, Nutrition & Supplements, Healthcare & Medical, Digital Health Tech, Mental Wellness, Fitness & Physical Activity, or related industries.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager – Sales (Health & Wellness) to lead business development initiatives in the growing Health & Wellness segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving strategic partnerships, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong professional network among key decision-makers in relevant sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify, target, and onboard potential partners relevant to the BNPL ecosystem. Develop and execute strategies to build sustainable long-term business relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients to foster collaboration, trust, and recurring business.
  • Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and achieve revenue targets.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the Health & Wellness sector.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the BNPL and wellness space.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—Product, Sales, Alliances, Finance, Marketing, and Operations—to ensure alignment and deliver value-driven solutions to partners.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics, market insights, and sales performance to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.
  • Experience: 8–12 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in the Health & Wellness or Healthcare industry.

Skills :

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and networking capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.

Other :

  • Willingness to travel inter-city and intra-city as per business requirements.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
