Job Description: Job Title: Project Coordinator – Telecommunications OSP Location: Mumbai, Tirupati, and Chennai Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2-3 years in Telecom OSP & Network Design Salary: 4-6 LPA (As per market) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with 2-3 years of expertise in Outside Plant (OSP) network design, CATV/HFC, FTTX EPON, and fiber design. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to manage teams, projects, and operations efficiently. This role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of OSP network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Outside Plant (OSP) CATV/HFC, FTTX EPON Projects, including greenfield and brownfield designs. Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Resolve roadblocks and address issues affecting project delivery. Provide status updates and communicate progress to stakeholders. Maintain accurate project progress tracking and use project management tools to ensure visibility. Ensure effective reporting for all ongoing projects. Work in US timing to support the coordination and progress of projects. Manage competing priorities with multiple job owners and complex projects. Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for fiber design and implementation. Act as a liaison between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in telecommunications OSP network design and fiber planning. Strong experience in coordinating and managing large teams and complex projects. Proven ability to resolve roadblocks and meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Effective communication and leadership skills to drive team performance and collaboration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CATV/HFC, FTTX EPON projects. PMP or equivalent project management certification. Experience with fiber network designs and construction. Knowledge of emerging telecom trends and technologies.
