: Paytm payment gateway enables thousands of online merchants to offer world class frictionless payment experience to their customers. We are present across large enterprises, startups and SMEs including well known unicorns alike. We strive to take payments beyond an enabler and an instrument to drive revenue and user growth for our merchants. Online Payment Gateway is Paytm’s B2B Business regulated by RBI as it allows only authorizedentities to conduct PA PG (Payment Aggregator Payment Gateway) business.
About the Role:
We are looking for a person for finance & operations who have an experience from a fintech company or any related entity and can deal or manage the high volume data.
Expectations/ Requirements:
- 6 to 8 years Experienced in Digital Payments /E-commerce or similar industry
- Knowledge of money movement in case of digital payments transactions w.r.t. complete
flow including payment gateway receipts and merchant settlements.
- Experience of accounting entries and GL movement for digital payments transactions
- Good understanding on Payment and Settlement System, dispute / charge back, Banking
Operations & Solution, Reconciliation, Merchants settlement, etc.
- Reconcile the merchant/aggregator payments to payable vs paid
- Process Automation, implementation & enhancement of new & existing Aggregators
- Providing Innovative inputs to the automation wherever necessary
- Analysing the Exceptions that are found while carrying the reconciliation
- Work with the Tech team for fixing Payments, Refund and Settlement issues
- Assisting in preparing the Daily/Weekly reports to management
- Must have efficient in MS Office and SAP
- Tracking of funds on a real-time basis & Reviewing daily merchant Pay-out reports and take actions accordingly
