Job Description

As an experienced professional in the supply chain and operations field, you will be responsible for partnering with clients to transform their supply chain processes. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to design, develop, and test supply chain implementation projects. You will leverage your expertise to provide estimates for complex work and resource requirements, design test scripts, and create user manuals to support users in utilizing the system effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions using OMP Unison Planning capabilities. - Leading business assessments and roadmaps, advising clients on supply chain functionality, and suggesting implementation options to optimize key business processes. - Utilizing best practices to develop client-specific supply chain solutions that drive improvements. - Conceptualizing, designing, and building reusable components within the supply chain practices to accelerate Capability Network development. - Supporting o9 system implementation and business process management, as well as setting up and evaluating planning performance measurement. - Proactively enhancing process and technology capabilities within the team to ensure continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute. - Minimum of 8-12 years of supply chain experience. - Preferably, experience with o9. - Strong process knowledge in demand planning, supply planning, sales and operations planning, and supply chain planning control tower. - Experience in Planning transformation implementation projects, preferably in a workstream lead role using platforms like SAP IBP, APO, Kinaxis, O9, OMP, Anaplan, E2Open, Aera, JDA, BY, Oracle SCM. - Hands-on experience in creating various resources such as workbooks, dashboards, and task flows to provide tailored solutions based on client requirements.,
