Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with clients on the design, development, and testing of supply chain implementation projects. - Utilizing the capabilities of OMP Unison Planning to identify suitable solutions. - Providing accurate estimates to leadership regarding complex work and resource requirements. - Designing test scripts, creating user manuals, and conducting user training sessions. - Crafting compelling pitches tailored to clients" needs. - Leading business assessments and developing roadmaps for clients, offering insights on supply chain functionality and recommending implementation strategies to address current challenges and optimize key business processes. - Leveraging best practices and established operational standards to devise client-specific solutions for supply chain enhancements. - Conceptualizing, designing, and constructing reusable components related to supply chain practices to expedite Capability Network development. - Supporting o9 system implementation and business process management. - Establishing and evaluating planning performance metrics. - Proactively enhancing process and technology capabilities within the team. - Providing expertise for planning strategy implementation and continuous improvement in organization, processes, operations, and technology. Required Professional & Technical Skills: - MBA from Tier-1 or Tier 2 institute - Minimum 8-12 years of supply chain experience - Prior experience with o9 is preferred - Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, sales and operations planning, and supply chain planning control tower processes - Experience in planning transformation implementation projects such as demand planning, supply planning, sales and operations planning control tower, in a workstream lead role using platforms like SAP IBP, APO, Kinaxis, O9, OMP, Anaplan, E2Open, Aera, JDA, BY, Oracle SCM - Hands-on experience in creating various resources like workbooks, dashboards, and task flows to deliver customized functionalities or solutions based on client requirements,
