Senior Manager

You should have 10-12 years of experience in functions like business development, licensing, marketing, and project management from reputed healthcare companies or consulting firms. Pharma consulting experience is beneficial but not a primary requirement. You must possess a good understanding of the pharmaceutical business and the new product landscape in pharma, including new molecules, combinations, and NDDS. Additionally, you should have a good grasp of pharma regulation, key suppliers, and capabilities. Strong analytical skills are necessary, along with the ability to independently frame problems and deal with ambiguity and multiple issues. Your role will involve distilling insights and synthesizing analysis output into clear recommendations for business heads and senior management on new products. You will provide inputs to identify new molecules, differentiate existing products, and define strategies for new products. Managing the complete launch process as a project through the global system will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of products, monitoring compliance, scouting for new partners to bring differentiation, and managing relationships with existing partners for building the future pipeline. Collaboration with business and medical teams to define the new product pipeline for various therapy areas will be needed. Your contributions will include focusing on new molecules, combinations, NDDS, and value engineering such as packaging changes and cost reductions. You will also contribute to the internal I&D efforts of the company related to bringing differentiation in existing and new products through platform technology. Conducting analysis to stay updated on market trends, identifying gap areas, and analyzing competitor moves in terms of new products will be essential.
