Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting Central and State Government departments, Ministries, PSUs, and other government bodies.
  • Identify new business opportunities, government tenders, RFPs, and long-term initiatives aligned with NeoSOFTs service offerings.
  • Own the entire tender cyclepre-sales coordination, bid management, proposal development, pricing, and submission.
  • Build strong relationships with key government stakeholders, decision-makers, and system integrators.
  • Lead high-level presentations, demos, and solution discussions with government clients.
  • Track and manage the government procurement calendar, GeM portal opportunities, and vendor empanelments.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and technology teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Drive revenue targets, forecast sales pipeline, and ensure compliance with government procurement norms.
  • Represent the company at government events, conferences, exhibitions, and industry forums.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify strategic growth areas in the government domain.
