We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 14-16 years of expertise in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contract life cycle, with exposure to global jurisdictions (India, US). The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, risk management, and the ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including:
• Master Service Agreements (MSAs) • Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Amendments, Change Orders, NDAs, Vendor Agreements, Lease/Sub-lease Agreements
• Provide legal and contractual advisory support to internal stakeholders (Procurement, Sales, Finance, Operations).
• Oversee the contract lifecycle management (CLM) process – from initiation and negotiation to execution, renewal, and termination.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, organizational policies, and risk management frameworks.
• Act as the point of contact for contract-related escalations and advise on dispute resolution and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to ensure smooth execution of business deals.
• Support legal documentation processes, contract repositories, and compliance reporting.
• Assist with M&A-related contract due diligence and integration where applicable.
• Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in contract management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB/BSL LLB or equivalent); MBA in Legal/Business (preferred).
• 14 plus years of progressive experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management in global organizations.
• Proven experience handling contracts in multiple jurisdictions (India, US).
• Strong knowledge of contract law, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent drafting, redlining, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with contract management tools / e-signature platforms (e.g., Adobe Sign, DocuSign).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to liaise across business, legal, and finance functions.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced contractual assignment
