Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Delhi, India. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
