Senior Legal Executive

Were seeking a diligent and proactive legal professional for the role of Senior Legal

Executive to support our Legal & Compliance function. Who will handle contracts,

compliance, legal advisory, and business communication, working closely with internal

stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract & Agreement Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain vendor

agreements, NDAs, service-level contracts, and other legal documents.

• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations across

corporate, labor, and sector-specific domains. Monitor changes in regulatory

environment and communicate updates to stakeholders.

• Legal Advisory Support: Provide legal guidance on corporate governance,

employment, IP, and dispute resolution to business teams.

• Email Correspondence: Draft official emails for legal notices, client/vendor

communications, and internal legal documentation.

• Legal Operations: Manage legal calendars, follow-up tasks, and coordinate with

external counsel when needed.

• Risk Mitigation: Identify legal risks in agreements or operations and advise on

mitigation strategies.

• Documentation & Tracking: Maintain register of agreements, renewal timelines,

and key compliance commitments.

• Training & Awareness (if applicable): Assist in organizing sessions for employees on

legal and compliance best practices.

Essential Qualifications:

Education

certifications in corporate law or compliance will be a advantage.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a corporate legal department, inhouse legal

with focus on contract negotiation, compliance, and advisory support.
