Senior Legal Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Legal Executive to support our legal and compliance functions. You will assist in contract management, review agreements, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the legal team in day-to-day operations.

What You Will Do

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal support and guidance to internal teams on various matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
• Assist in dispute resolution and coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Maintain records and documentation related to legal matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent college
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and employment law.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills.
• Ability to interpret and communicate legal information clearly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1.5-2 years of relevant experience in legal documentation, contract management, or compliance.
• Exposure to corporate or commercial legal processes in a professional setting.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the FinTech sector.
• Experience coordinating with external legal counsel or handling dispute resolution.
• Knowledge of corporate governance and risk management practices.
