Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Program Ownership: End-to-end ownership of key business programs across functions, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, category, supply chain, and finance teams to drive alignment and execution. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and implement scalable solutions for improved productivity and turnaround time. Tracking & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to track program health and KPIs; drive data-backed decisions and insights. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the single point of contact for assigned programs, ensuring regular communication, status updates, and resolution of roadblocks. Problem Solving: Use a structured approach to analyze business issues, develop hypotheses, run experiments, and scale successful initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. 2–4 years of experience in program/project management, operations, or business strategy roles. Experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, or logistics-based tech startups is highly desirable. Proven track record of driving cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
