Job Location: Bavdhan, Pune Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Ethiqual Global Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of facility management services, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and housekeeping management. As an Assistant Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and selling our comprehensive facility management services to businesses across various sectors. Key Responsibilities: Core Selling: Promote and sell our wide range of facility management services(cleaning, maintenance, security, waste management, HVAC, etc.) to new and existing clients. Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in different sectors (commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, etc.) and build strong client relationships. Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through networking, market research, cold calling, and attending industry events or conferences. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments and site visits to understand client requirements and tailor solutions that meet their specific facility management needs. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Proposal Preparation: Prepare customized proposals and presentations, highlighting the value of our services and ensuring they meet client expectations. Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to adapt strategies and ensure service offerings remain competitive. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and key performance metrics to senior management. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably within facility management, property management, or related service industries. Strong knowledge of facility management services, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and other associated services. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong ability to build relationships and network effectively. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to understand and interpret client needs and translate them into tailored service solutions. Experience using CRM software and sales tools for tracking and reporting. A results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a leadership role (for Sales Manager position). A solid network of industry contacts and leads.
