Position Title: Market Research Executive/ Manager Location: Bavdhan, Pune Department: Market Research / Strategy Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Market Research Executive with a background in the facility management industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in market research, with a strong understanding of the facility industry, its trends, and competitive dynamics. This role will involve conducting in-depth market analysis, tracking industry trends, and identifying strategic opportunities to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends, growth opportunities, and market dynamics within the facility management industry. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest industry developments, regulations, and emerging technologies. Analyze how these factors impact the market and inform strategy. Competitive Analysis: Regularly assess the competitive landscape by evaluating competitors' strategies, services, pricing, and market share. Strategy Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on market data and trends. Help shape short-term and long-term business strategies for growth. Data Analysis: Utilize a variety of research methods (quantitative and qualitative) to gather data. Analyze and interpret findings to provide meaningful insights that support business objectives. Customer & Market Segmentation: Identify target customer segments, industry needs, and pain points. Develop customer profiles and market segmentation strategies to improve marketing and sales efforts. Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations on market trends, competitor activities, and research findings to stakeholders. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment with business objectives and provide research-driven recommendations. Industry Insights: Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to network and stay informed about emerging trends and competitor activities. Key Requirements: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in market research, specifically in the facility management industry. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the facility management sector, including key players, market trends, and challenges. Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing and interpreting market data, competitive intelligence, and customer insights. Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights. Research Tools & Techniques: Proficient in using market research tools and software (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Statista, Tableau, etc.). Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders. Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and develop strategic solutions based on research findings. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus but not mandatory. Desired Skills: Knowledge of facility management software and solutions. Familiarity with the latest technological trends in the facility industry, such as IoT in buildings, smart buildings, sustainability practices, etc. Experience in creating market models and forecasting market trends.
