Senior Key Account Manager

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a digital-first agency
• Strong understanding of the Bangalore business and digital landscape
• Proven ability to acquire clients and manage large-scale campaigns
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong project management and multitasking capabilities
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and driven BD & Account Manager to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role is a hybrid of client acquisition and relationship management – ideal for someone who understands the local market landscape and is eager to unlock growth opportunities for the agency in South India. You will be responsible for business growth, client servicing, strategic planning etc.

Business Development

• Identify and penetrate new business opportunities in the Bangalore digital ecosystem
• Build a strong sales pipeline through market research, networking, and outreach
• Pitch creative and digital marketing solutions to prospective clients
• Drive lead conversion, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Support revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives

Client Servicing & Account Management

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (creative, strategy, tech)
• Plan and schedule project timelines in alignment with client goals and internal capacity
• Translate brand objectives into strategic briefs and actionable plans
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of campaigns and digital solutions
• Regularly track campaign performance, optimize processes, and present performance reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
