Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing key accounts and driving business growth. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer retention. Job Requirements Proven track record of success in managing key accounts and driving business growth. Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
