Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior - Key Account Manager with 1 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage key accounts and develop strategies to increase business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Develop and implement account management plans to drive revenue growth. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in key account management or a related field. Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
