We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Recruiter with 10-15 years of experience in corporate recruitment to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong reporting skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs.
• Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve business objectives and goals.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.

• Strong communication and articulation skills, with confidence in stakeholder management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Proficient in sourcing and candidate engagement, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with recruitment software and tools, and the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
• Should be available on Saturdays for weekend virtual drives.
