we're seeking a seasoned IT Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead our IT infrastructure, security, and operations strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building secure, scalable systems that empower business performance.

you'll be the person who ensures everything runs seamlessly from our data centres and networks to our cloud environments and security protocols. you'll also guide the organization s technology direction, lead a skilled IT team, and partner with leadership to enable innovation through reliable IT foundations.

IT Manager , you'll be responsible for driving the design, implementation, and management of our IT infrastructure and security ecosystem. you'll oversee everything from servers and networks to cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS), ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance. you'll also lead initiatives around cyber security, data protection (DLP), and secure email gateways (SEG), ensuring our technology backbone is both strong and future-ready.

What you'll Do

Oversee all IT operations , including servers, networks, hardware, software, and operating systems.
Define and implement the IT infrastructure and cyber security strategy , ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage and optimize the annual IT budget , focusing on cost-effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
Lead, mentor, and grow the IT team setting clear goals and driving accountability.
Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS and related technologies.
Implement and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Secure Email Gateway (SEG) systems to protect organizational data.
Evaluate technology risks, establish disaster recovery and backup procedures , and ensure business continuity.
Oversee IT asset management , licensing, and procurement in collaboration with vendors and stakeholders.
Partner with leadership to design and deploy scalable, secure, and cloud-first infrastructure solutions .
Collaborate with InfoSec and Compliance teams to uphold security frameworks and regulatory standards.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, integrating them into strategy where relevant.
Drive continuous improvement through system monitoring, automation, and proactive issue resolution.

What we're looking for:

bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
10+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure, operations, and security in an IT/ITES, SaaS, or tech-driven organization.
Proven expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure .
Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, servers, and cloud security architectures .
Hands-on experience implementing and managing DLP, SEG, and Endpoint Protection solutions.
Deep knowledge of cyber security best practices, disaster recovery, and data protection frameworks .
Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and leadership skills.
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect , AWS Certified System Ops Administrator are a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working under pressure with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel domestically or internationally when needed.
