As a Functional HCM Consultant - Oracle Fusion for HCM, you will be at the forefront of driving efficiency and innovation. Your responsibilities will encompass both technical and functional aspects of Oracle Cloud Fusion (HCM). Heres what were looking for: Key Responsibilities: Design and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM) modules to align with our unique business requirements. Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Cloud (HCM). Actively contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements. Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions. Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience of 4-5 Years in Oracle Cloud (HCM) with a focus on functional aspect. Must have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations (HCM), especially in 2-3 Modules such as Payroll, OTL, Compensation . Familiar with the implementation process and be able to provide technical and functional support to end-users. Hands-on experience for at least 2-3 Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations (HCM). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Oracle certifications are a plus.
