HCM Fusion Functional Consultant

You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules according to organizational requirements and industry standards. Your expertise will be utilized to provide functional support and guidance in modules such as Compensation, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Learning, and Helpdesk. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to gather business requirements, identify gaps, and deliver scalable HCM solutions. Your role will involve translating intricate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. Active participation in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud projects, spanning design, development, testing, and deployment, is crucial. Additionally, you will be expected to suggest process enhancements and automation possibilities within HR operations. Your support will be required in change management, end-user training, and post-implementation assistance. Ensuring comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and user guides will also be a part of your responsibilities.,
