Senior IT Manager

The Senior IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure, software systems, and data analytics initiatives to drive operational efficiency and business growth. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage teams handling hardware, software, and data analytics, ensuring seamless IT operations and supporting digital transformation within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure & Hardware ManagementOversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of IT hardware (POS systems, servers, networks, security systems, etc.).Develop and implement IT policies, security protocols, and disaster recovery plans.Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement, maintenance, and upgrades.Software & Application ManagementLead the management of all software ERP, POS, WMS, HRMS, TICKETING AND all other platforms.Work closely with business units to identify process automation and efficiency improvement opportunities.Data Analytics & Business IntelligenceCollaborate with data analytics teams to leverage insights for operational and strategic decision-making.Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and security across all platforms.Support the adoption of analytics tools that provide key business insightsEncourage a data-driven culture within the organization to enhance decision-making at all levels.

Key Requirements:
Technical Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in IT leadership rolesStrong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.Experience with enterprise software systems such as ERP, POS, HRMS and other platforms.Knowledge of data analytics and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.)not required to be hands-on but must understand their strategic impact.

Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) are a plus.
