Key Accountabilities/ Key Responsibilities 1. Events and activation Prepare quarterly/ half yearly/ annual marketing calendar based on region Conceptualize and execute the plan Increase in footfall and revenue in the entertainment section through corporate tie-ups Overall responsible for driving corporate sales, bulk bookings of entertainment category at the center 2. Branding and communication Internal Communication interaction with retailers via newsletter and employee mailers External Communication newspaper campaigns, radio campaigns, outdoor campaign and BTL activation 3. PR activities Create PR strategy to achieve stated objective Manage PR agencies Develop relationship between media and the mall Coordinate media meetings Draft press releases for the company 4. Retailers interaction Partnering with retailers during events and activation at the mall to increase trading density and sales at the mall 5. Budgeting and strategy Ensure adherence to annual marketing budget 6. Social media/ Digital marketing Identify and brief the agencies for required application Increase interaction on the digital space including Facebook marketing Promotion of events via digital channel 7. Level of Education: MBA in Marketing Experience 2 to 3 years of experience. 8. Competencies Functional MS Office Good writing skills Understanding of designing process Strong media relations Understanding of retail operations Behavioral Creative outlook Good communication skills Good coordination skills Good negotiation skills.
