Senior IT Manager - Gurugram & Bhiwadi (Only From Manufacturing Co.)

Job Title: Senior IT Manager Location: Corporate Office - Gurugram Industry: Medical Devices / Healthcare Equipment Experience: 10 - 15 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: IT Project Management & Business Applications: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT projects including Zoho CRM, Zoho FSA, ERP platforms, and related business systems. Collaborate with department heads and process owners to define system requirements and project scopes. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for software configuration, deployment, and post-implementation support. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to cost, time, and quality standards. IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of servers, networks, switches, firewalls, and endpoint devices. Plan and implement system upgrades, migrations, and backup strategies with minimal business disruption. Ensure high availability of IT services and business continuity through proper disaster recovery plans. Cybersecurity & Compliance: Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise cybersecurity program. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing; implement mitigation strategies accordingly. Regularly audit system access controls, security policies, and patch management across the IT environment. User Support & Governance: Supervise the internal IT helpdesk, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. Conduct IT training for end-users and prepare comprehensive documentation and SOPs. Define and enforce IT governance policies, licensing protocols, and digital asset controls. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP or ITIL certification preferred. 10 -15 years of experience in IT project and infrastructure management, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or manufacturing sectors. Proficiency in Zoho applications (CRM, FSA, Projects) and experience with ERP deployment. Solid knowledge of network systems (LAN/WAN), firewalls, VPNs, cloud platforms, and endpoint protection. Hands-on experience in implementing cybersecurity measures and IT policies. Special Note: This role requires travel to our Bhiwadi Plant (Rajasthan) for 2 -3 days every week (Based On Requirement). Candidates must be comfortable with regular travel between corporate and plant locations.
