Job Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Manager – Software & ERP Support to manage, support, and optimize our business-critical software and ERP systems. The role involves hands-on ERP support, deep understanding of system workflows, issue resolution, and close coordination with development teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ERP support, software workflows, user issue management, and the ability to lead support operations with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day technical support operations for ERP and internal software systems
• Handle L2/L3 support issues, escalations, and perform root cause analysis
• Ensure smooth functioning of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Operations, Reporting, etc.)
• Understand and document end-to-end software workflows and system processes
• Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and releases
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and user-reported issues
• Maintain incident logs, support tickets, and resolution reports
• Guide and support IT support executives / helpdesk staff
• Train users and prepare SOPs, user manuals, and FAQs
• Ensure adherence to support processes, SLAs, and internal IT policies

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Education ERP / Enterprise Software / SaaS products
• Understanding of SDLC and release management
• Basic knowledge of server or cloud environments (AWS / Azure preferred)
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a support team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kalighat, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
