Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1.

• Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of IT hardware (POS systems, servers, networks, security systems, etc.).
• Develop and implement IT policies, security protocols, and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement, maintenance, and upgrades.

2.

• Lead the management of all software ERP, POS, WMS, HRMS, TICKETING and all other platforms.
• Work closely with business units to identify process automation and efficiency improvement opportunities.

3.

• Collaborate with data analytics teams to leverage insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and security across all platforms.
• Support the adoption of analytics tools that provide key business insights
• Encourage a data-driven culture within the organization to enhance decision-making at all levels.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years

  of experience in IT leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
• Experience with

  enterprise software systems

  such as ERP, POS, HRMS and other platforms.
• Knowledge of data analytics and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.) not required to be hands-on but must understand their strategic impact.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in

  Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) are a plus.
