• Drive In-Stock Excellence:

  Own in-stock rates across categories, minimizing stock-outs and lost sales.

• Forecast with Seasonality:

  Build robust inventory projection models tuned to crop patterns and demand cycles.

• Accelerate Turns:

  Deliver 24+ inventory turns per year, balancing growth with working capital efficiency.

• Optimize Liquidity:

  Manage liquidation and valuation, ensuring cash isn’t stuck in slow or obsolete stock.

• Ensure Accurate Data:

  Build reliable data capture, reporting, and dashboards for real-time visibility. ---
