Role Overview

We are seeking a senior audit leader to head our Internal Audit function with a strong focus on Procurement Audits and Finance Statutory Compliance. The role will drive the audit strategy, strengthen internal controls, manage risks, and ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual internal audit plan and risk-based audit strategy.
• Oversee audits of procurement processes, vendor management, PO/GRN cycles, and payment controls.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Companies Act, GST/TDS, financial reporting).
• Coordinate statutory/external audits and review GL controls, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
• Present audit insights to senior management/Audit Committee and drive corrective actions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the internal audit team.

Qualifications

• CA/CMA/CIA or equivalent qualification.
• 8–15+ years of audit experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement controls, statutory compliance, and financial governance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
