Headquartered in India, we deliver concept-to-completion services, leveraging cutting-edge visualization tools and a curated vendor network to exceed client expectations. Your Role & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end interior projects from concept development to turnkey delivery. Create mood boards, layouts, detailed drawings and 3D renders that translate client briefs into actionable plans. Coordinate with structural, MEP and contractor teams to align design intent, timelines and budgets. Mentor and review work of junior designers, ensuring adherence to quality and brand standards. Present design concepts, material palettes and cost estimates to clients and stakeholders, securing approvals. Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution, resolve issues and uphold safety and quality benchmarks. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture. 3+ years professional interior design experience. Expert command of AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit, and Adobe Suite. Deep knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting and ergonomic standards. Proven client communication and project management skills. Preferred LEED or green building exposure. Portfolio of luxury hospitality or corporate workplace projects.
