Job Title: Senior Interior Designer – Ultra-Luxury Residential Projects

Location: Chanakyapuri, New Delhi (On-site, 5 days a week)

Experience Required: Minimum 7 years

About the Role

Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Leadership

• Lead conceptualisation, design development, and execution of luxury residential interiors.
• Create detailed mood boards, material palettes, presentations, and client proposals.
• Ensure the design language aligns with the studio’s aesthetic and brand ethos.

Technical Expertise

• Study, develop, and draft detailed

  GFC (Good for Construction) drawings

  for interiors.
• Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants for technical integration.
• Review shop drawings, RCPs, joinery details, custom furniture drawings, and site-specific technical resolutions.

Project & Site Management

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and precision.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure accurate execution as per design intent.
• Oversee coordination between contractors, vendors, and craftsmen to ensure timelines and quality standards.

Client & Vendor Interaction

• Communicate professionally and confidently with high-profile clients.
• Present concepts, resolve design concerns, and maintain strong client relations.
• Liaise with vendors, artisans, product suppliers and negotiate timelines, costs, and deliverables.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture or related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience

  in ultra-luxury residential interior design.
• Strong proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  , detailed working drawings, and design documentation. Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign or willing to learn at own time and cost.
• Exceptional eye for detail, materials, finishes, and styling.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

  – both written and verbal.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
• Experience in managing site teams, vendors, contractors, carpenters, and procurement.
• Highly organised, disciplined, and committed to deadlines.

• Work Days:

  Monday to Friday; alternate Saturdays are work from home

  Studio at Chanakyapuri, New Delhi
