Senior Human Resources Manager

As a Senior Human Resources Manager at SRP Crane Controls (India) Private Limited, your role will involve overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources. You will be responsible for recruitment, talent management, employee relations, training and development, and compliance. Your duties will also include implementing HR strategies, maintaining HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws, and collaborating with leadership to create a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, training, and compliance - Implement HR strategies and maintain HR policies - Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations - Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive work environment - Develop and implement training and development programs Qualifications: - Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources principles, employment laws, and labor regulations - Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and managing employee lifecycle activities - Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills - Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management - Ability to develop and implement training and development programs - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across teams - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus) - Proficiency in HR software systems and tools is preferred - Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage,
